At KISS Colors & Care, we want you to love your beauty products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unused items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure your return is processed correctly.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
